Dear Dale,

Hillary and I want to thank you for the beautiful home decorating you have done over the years in our Palatine home and now in our Des Moines home.  You have been painting in our homes for about ten years.  First, you repaired the poor construction and water damage in our Palatine ceiling and painted our living room, dining room and family room.  Later, when we remodeled the house, you did the interior work throughout the house including the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, bedrooms and bathroom.  You installed very nice wallpaper in the living room and dining room.  You even stained our deck and painted the garage doors for us.  Thanks to the fine work you did in Palatine, when we decided to move to Iowa, we were able to sell our home in only three days!  I credit the fine interior with selling the house so fast and at a price better than we expected.

Now we live in Iowa and you have made two trips to completely paint and wallpaper our new home.  We couldn't be happier with the work.  You repaired imperfections in the walls that we never even knew were there.  The work you did last year looks as good as it did the day you finished the job and the work you did this week just puts the finest final touch on the whole house.

Dale & team did a great job!  He was very accomodating on the time schedule & shuffled some jobs around to get us in sooner.  His team was very professional & did a very precise job & cleanup.  We hope to use Dale again for our new construction home & he will be bidding on it soon.

Dale was great.  He was prompt and was very polite to Grandma and the kids.  We would use him again anytime for painting!  He is very highly recommended.

You guys did a fantastic job!  Everything looks new and the price was better than what we were expecting.

Being on a tight budget on this house, Dale was able to repair and do a fantastic job.  His prep work is where he shines, making questionable surfaces look great.

Very neat, clean, and very professional.  His price was middle of the road and he was highly recommended by a neighbor.  We're glad we hired him.  It's also important to note that he actually paints with his guys and doesn't just send out a crew.

They came on a Saturday for the estimate, it was the only estimate I got.  They painted my entire house in four days, including powerwashing, and left with no mess.  They really came through and delivered, no need to use any one else!
